Symptoms


When attempting to create a new automation test script or when clicking on the Generate button on the Automation Toolbar, the following error occurs:

ERROR


STEPS

1. site map -> Release -> Test Scripts.
2. Create a test script.
3. Create a test step:
Sequence : 1
Description: LOGIN
Keyword: Launch
Component Alias : Siebel Loyalty
Clear Browser = Y
4. Attempt to save the record and notice the error
