Outlook Contact "Company" field data lost the data after "Convert to Siebel"

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

Outlook Contact "Company" field data should not lost the data event after "Convert to Siebel"

STEPS

-----------------------

1. Open Outlook with CRM Desktop 3.10.2.1 plugin
2. Create a new outlook contact under contacts folder
3. Fill the Name as "Sudarshan Chitrala" and Company as "Oracle"
4. Save and Close
5. Select the contact and click "Convert to Siebel", open the contact and click close and save
6. Again select the same contact and Click "Convert to Outlook", contact will be converted to outlook contact
7. The value for the Company will be blank
