Unable to copy the details from a hyperlink field (only if the hyperlink field is read only) while tabbing on Form Applets

The issue impacts those users who use only the keyboard to navigate between fields and views in Siebel. Using Mouse the field value can still be copied.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Siebel Application and navigate to any Form applets that have hyperlink fields in it. For example Quotes Screen has hyperlink on Accounts field
2. Click on the first field on that Applet (using mouse), and then press the "TAB" key ONLY to traverse through fields until the focus is on the hyperlink field.
3. If the hyperlink field is an editable field, then press "ENTER" key, and then using "SHIFT" and arrow keys, user will be able to copy the details from the hyperlink field.
4. If the hyperlink field is read-only, then user does not have any short keys available to copy the details (tried "ENTER" key, but doesn't work). User will have to use the mouse to copy the details from the read-only hyperlink field.

The issue happens in both IE and Chrome. However using Firefox, the value can be copied.
