User preferences not saved after file system migration

User preference should be updated with latest changes

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Siebel Application
2. Change the list column sequence by using columns displayed
3. Logout the application and login again
4. Now see the list column sequence


 After migrated the File System to another location(\\new-hostname\FS) and updated the Filesystem path at component level
