CTI Transfers Issues In Siebel IP2015, getting UI error : Timeout

when clicked on the Blind transfer by giving the extension number, the receiving end user is able to get the call, but getting timed out error in the CTI Toolbar. Also the First user attachcontext is not getting traversed to the second user. The same happens with Consultative and Conference transfers.
On : 15.15 [IP2015] version, CTI
When attempting to to do Blind Transfer (Consultative as well)
the following error occurs.
