Activity Quick Search Query On Type Field Is Not Working

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Quick Search query on Type field in Activities is not returning expected data based on search criteria

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Quick Search query on Type field in Activities should return the expected data based on search criteria

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.Log in to Application
2.Navigate to Activities screen-->Activity List View-->All Activities
3.Start a new quick search query with Field as Type and Value as 'Call'
4.Click on Forward allow to execute the query.
5.Observe the results. i.e No result appear.
Note: Also Flag Fields are not visible in the Quick Search drop down
