Effective Dating On Contact Fields Are Not Working In Siebel Open UI IP15

On :  15.6 [IP2015] version, Upgrade

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Contact fields like “SSN” and “Date of Death” are based on effective dating and when we change/add new value using effective dating picker, the new value not displayed on UI but the same can be seen from backed.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

when we change/add new value using effective dating picker, the new value should be display.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enable ED on Contact SSN
2. Test the issue on Contact Form Applet.
3. Test the same on Contact List Applet.
Note: It is working as expected in the list applet but not on the form applet.

Due to this issue, users cannot use effective dating picker on Form applet
