List Applet Not Displaying Records as per the Count Associated - Chrome / Firefox (Doc ID 2365769.1)

Symptoms

BEHAVIOR
---------------
All records not displayed in list applet as per Number of records displayed on record count

Not all records are visible as in the record count checked under Applet (Ctrl+Shift+3).
System Preference 'Enable Elastic Grid' is set to TRUE.

Records should be displayed accordingly.

STEPS
-----------------------
Prerequisites:

1. Go to Site Map > Query for Assessments
2. Go to Administration Data > Sales Assessments Templates
3. Modify existing templates and change Type to Service Request.

Navigation:

1. Go to Service Request
2. Drill down on a SR
3. Go to Assessments
4. Add 4 records

Results/Findings:

Issue is not seen on IE11.
Issue is present on Chrome.
Issue is present in Mozilla.
