Usage Pattern Tracking (UPT) Not Working Through Load Balancer (Doc ID 2366435.1)

Symptoms

On : 15.18 [IP2015] version, System Administration

Customer has implemented Usage Pattern Tracking(UPT) functionality in OpenUI for the event UPTClientScript only.
The functionality works properly when no load balancer is used.
However, when a load balancer is used errors are seen in the browser console related to CreateUPT function and the system requests credentials again and again.
