IP2017 REST API Get Call - Child Integration Component View Mode Different from the one at IO Level (Doc ID 2367134.1)

When using REST API Get calls to retrieve data, the Position view mode is applied to Parent and Child integration components/business components.

When using integration object Base Account to display the HLS Cases, format of the REST API Get call is:

https://ip.port/siebel/v1.0/data/Account/Account/<Id of the account>/HLS Case/

However, if the REST user is not the creator of the account, it is not displayed.

After adding the IO User property "ViewMode" with the value "All" to the IO:

> the parent BC (Account) is retrieved, indicating the All View Mode has been applied for the parent BC.

> records created by different position for the child IC "HLS Case" are not retrieved.

This indicates that the View Mode set at IO level (All) has not been applied for the child IC.
