IP2017 LANG_CD Column Missing In S_NODE Table (Doc ID 2367630.1)

On : 17.4 [IP2017] version, Installation

After installing IP17 siebel services goes down in few second after it start and the following error occurs.
DBCLog DBCLogError 1 000000025a7d2f10:0 2018-02-09 13:42:05 [Microsoft][SQL Server Native Client 11.0][SQL Server]Invalid column name 'LANG_CD'.

The issue can be reproduced at will by customer with the following steps:
1. Install IP17
2. Start siebel serivces
3. services will go down immediately.
