Customer App User Is Used Instead Of Employee App User (Doc ID 2368371.1)

Symptoms

There are two users, one for customer application and the other for employee application. They have same user id. When the user for employee application logs in, the employee application tries to pull the user information for the customer application and ends up with the following error:

The responsibility of user 'xxxxxxx' does not allow accessing view 'xxxxxxxx View'.(SBL-DAT-00329)
