Changes For The Find Object Do Not Take Effect In Web Application

On : 17.3 [IP2017] version, Installation

In Siebel Tools, Create new workspace and change the "Find" object, test the changes through the web client - workspaces - Open - Inspect.

Inspect not showing the changes.

Inspect should show the Find object changes. 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. From Siebel Tools >> Created new work space

2. Object explorer >> Find object >> Account 

3. Find Fileds >> query for Name >> Modify display name >> "Test Acccount Name"

4. Log in to the web application (callcenter) >> workspace

5.  Open  workpace

6.  Click on Inspect -> Test ->

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see the Find object changes in Inspect.
