Customer Dashboard Cannot Be Opened Once Closed

Information in this document applies to any platform.
The Persistent Customer Dashboard cannot be opened again from the Menu after it is closed.
User is able to close the customer dashboard by clicking "X" in the Persistent Customer Dashboard; however, there is no way to bring back (open) the dashboard.
