Tiles List Applet Button Requires Additional Click To Execute Only On Mozilla Firefox Browser

On : 15.9 [IP2015] version, Client Functionality

We need to click on the same button twice to invoke the functionality behind the button

The functionality behind the button should get invoked in the single click

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to any Tiles list applet with an enabled button on each record.
2. Click directly on the button of a tile which is currently not selected. (Only the tile would get selected and button won't work.)
3. Click the same button again. (It works now as expected.)

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users have to click on that button twice
