Attendees Not Getting Added To The Related Event When Campaign Is Laucnhed (Doc ID 2370908.1)

On : [IP2014] version, Siebel Marketing

Upon Campaign launch the contacts in the campaign were not assigned to an event even though the event was included in the offer/trreatment

All contacts in the campaign are expected to be assigned to the event in the offer

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set up an offer with an event id
2. Add contacts to a Marketing campaign load
3. Launch the campaign
4. Navigate to the events view, the Marketing contacts are not registered

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot invite contacts to events via Marketing
