iHelp Accessing Web Server files and folders in Siebel IP17 (Doc ID 2371831.1)

When Upgrading to IP17 to IP14, accessing files in iHelp no longer works.

How the way file access were created in IP14 were links to documentation. The documentations were made available on the Web Server deployed with the Siebel application, In this case, Windows IIS was used along side Siebel to access files and folders.

For instance, you can create a virtual folder in IIS and you can place your documentations in this folder, and can be access via the URL. For instance, lets say you create a virtual folder called iHelp and place all your documentations there, you can access it in IP14 below:

However, when upgrading to IP17, IIS is no longer used so the functionality is broken because Tomcat is now used. Users are no longer able to access files link in iHelp.
