When attempting to run IP 17 upgrep process getting java.io.FileNotFoundException error. (Doc ID 2374041.1)

Symptoms

On : IP17.0 version, IRM from IP13

When attempting to run the upgrep phase,the following errors occurs.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. complete IP17 " Migration" installation.
2. Start the upgrep process.
3. At the end of upgrep process wizard its throwing above reported error.
