Deliver Workspace Failed, With Error Code: SBL-DAT-60300 (Doc ID 2374058.1)

Symptoms

Customer is reporting an issue with Delivery of Workspace. Its failing with error code: SBL-DAT-60300.

Steps performed:
1. Changes are made to workspace, including business component field change, a list applet change, and adding some symbolic strings
2. Then it was checkpointed, submit for delivery, but failed at delivery.

Popup error message from Siebel Tools (where the above steps were made):
The deliver failed with error: Deliver workspace failed. refer to log for more information. (SBL-DAT-60300)
