Symptoms

Customer installed Siebel Ip2016 (PS18) and successfully extracted repository tables. When trying to checkout objects, following error is received:

ora-00942

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to siebel tools against localxe
2. Try to perform a check-out
3. Error is displayed
