HTTPS Inbound Web Service Call to Siebel is Failing with Connection reset error (Doc ID 2375041.1)

Symptoms

On :  16.10 [IP2016] version, Siebel EAI

The http inbound web service call is working fine. But the HTTPS inbound web service call to Siebel is failing with below error:

1. invoke inbound webservice via https
