LoyEngineBatch Component Is "Not Online" Status With Errors SBL-SVR-01069 And SBL-LTY-00109 In Logs (Doc ID 2375423.1)

Symptoms

LoyEngineBatch component is "Not Online" status  and component is not coming up and running. Below error can be found in LoyEngineBatch*.log :

 


Reproduce Steps
---------------------------------------------------
1. Navigate to Admin-Server Configuration Screen >> Component Group View 

2. Query for Loyalty Engine Group , Click Enable Button >> Enabled on Server , restart Siebel Services

3. Navigate to Admin - Server Management Screen >> Server View >> Component View 

4. Query for eLoyalty Batch Engine Component , check Status Column
