The LoyEngineBatch Component Is Not Processing Transactions

The LoyEngineBatch component is not processing transactions Accrual Transactions. It is a requirement to process accrual transactions through the batch transaction processing, which is done with the component LoyEngineBatch, the transactions remain “in queue”, but are not processed, the component completes its 15 normal tasks, no apparent error can be found on the component logs.
Currently a test is being run on a single transaction and after 5 hours the same has not been processed.
