Calling ActiveBusObject from non-UI events is not supported (Doc ID 2376354.1)

Symptoms

Non-UI event such as CTI event handler can call custom business services. In the custom business service, you can call ActiveBusObject() to control some UI controls/contents. This is not supported and will cause variety of issues such as OM crash, CTI toolbar hang, unexpected data commit and so on.
