Calendar Control Showing Date In 12 Hrs Format AM/PM (Doc ID 2377202.1)

Symptoms

It was reported in Siebel 17.4 version that calendar is showing Time in 12 hours format with AM/PM while the language setting is 24 hours.

The issue was reproduced in 17.4 version with the following steps:

1. Login into Siebel
2. Set 24-hour clock to Y
3. Restart the Siebel Application Object Manager component
4. Check the calendar
