Genbscript Not Working After Installing Patchset 5 On IP2017 (Doc ID 2377852.1)

Symptoms

On : 17.4 [IP2017] version, Upgrade

The genbscript is working with the suggested changes however we are getting the below error in the genbscript.log file , can you please check and advise:
