Case Insensitive CIAI Wizard throwing error (Doc ID 2379100.1)

While running the Case Insensitive CIAI Wizard for LAST_NAME Column on S_CONTACT Table, it executed few steps and along with new custom columns 18 new indexes were also created.
Tried to research on this and have known that the index strategy defines the number of index creation. Not able to change the index strategy from "Copy All" to anything else, either "None" or "Single".

Encountered an improper argument.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In Siebel Tools, go to Table and query for S_CONTACT.
2. Go to Columns and query for LAST_NAME.
3. Lock project and right click on the column.
4. Go to Case Insensitivity > Select the table and click Export.
5. Click Save.
