BHD Not Starting After Java Update And Recreating The Daemon Services (Doc ID 2379293.1)

Symptoms

On : 16.18 [IP2016] version, Siebel Marketing

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
PRODUCTION BHD Not Starting After Java Update and Service Recreate

BHD in our PROD environment is not starting.

Steps:
1. Stop BHD
2. Uninstall service using command "install-win-32-service.bat -remove"
3. Install JDK 1.6.0_181
4. Uninstall JRE 1.6.0_31
5. Update install-win-32-service.bat with new Java_Home location
6. Recreate Service using command "install-win-32-service.bat"

Note: Same procedure was done for CTD. CTD running as expected.
