ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Engine Batch in status Not Online

Dear Oracle,

we're having problem with loyalty engine batch, this component is processing the accrual transaction but it keep the status "Partially Offline". We use this component to processing Tier Level, transactions and expiration. We restart the component several times and the status Changed from "Not Online" to "Partially Offline". Now is Partially Offline
