Loyalty Batch Engine In Status "Not Online" (Doc ID 2379810.1)

Symptoms

On : 15.6 [IP2015] version, Loyalty

Engine Batch in status Not Online


Problem with loyalty batch engine. The batch engine component is processing the accrual transaction but it keep the status "Partially Offline". This component is use to processing Tier Level, transactions and expiration. The component is restarted  several times and the status changed from "Not Online" to "Partially Offline". Now is Partially Offline
