Date Does Not Change If Different Year Is Selected From Drop Down In Calendar Popup (Doc ID 2380343.1)

On : 16.8 [IP2016] version, Client Functionality

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After customer upgraded from IP 2013 to IP 2016. Calendar does not work as it used to in IP 2013. When users selected a different year in an already populated Date field, Siebel does not save the field with updated year value.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Calendar should move the Due Date field to future Years

STEPS
-----------------------
Navigate To Activities
Select an activity rerrod
Open the calendar in Due Date field (current Value 2/1/2018)
Select a different year from drop down (2019)
Click Done.
Field still shows 2/1/2018

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot update Due date
