Marketing Job - Item is locked and Unable to Find Job Errors

On : 15.0 [IP2015] version, Siebel Marketing
When running Campaign load, the following errors were occurring intermittently for a few Campaigns.
1- From the Siebel side: "Too much time may have expired since you generated or accessed this job."
From OBIEE side: Unable to find Job with Id "xxxx"
2- Item Locked: /system/mktgjob/nextjobid
3- Path not found (/system/mktgjob/job163824)
To reproduce the issue, start a Campaign Load:
1. Logon to Siebel and setup a Campaign with a Segment
2. Click in the "Load" button to stat Loading process
3. The task will end with the errors mentioned above
