Information in this document applies to any platform.
Recently upgraded the environment to Siebel 17.5 and the dedicated client crashes immediately upon trying to launch.
Cause: One possible cause is an extra character getting added in the End of COMP_OBJ_DEFN in the S_RR_BOOTLOAD table after fullpublish.
