User encounters the following error while executing genbscript to generate browser scripts using the below command

genbscript /c <config_file> <dest_dir> /l <LANG> /u <User id> /p <Password> /d <Data source name>

Example: genbscript.exe /c uagent.cfg C:\Siebel\client /l enu /u SADMIN /p ****** /d ServerDataSrc
