New Attribute from Exchange doesn't Pass Value to PIMSI Calendar (Doc ID 2388566.1)

Last updated on MARCH 30, 2022

Applies to:

Siebel Server Sync - Microsoft Exchange Server - Version 16.17 [IP2016] and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

New attribute from Exchnage does not pass value to PIMSI calendar

The new field is retrieved from EWS and placed into the GetItemResponse Integration Object

However it does not get copied over to the intermediate integration object "PIMSI Intermediate Calendar"

While configuring to have a additional field from exchange, the field value should get captured in Siebel via Integration Object definition.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Created a new field in PIMSI Intermediate Calendar IO with the name, external name and XML tag as DateTimeStamp.
2. Once above done, then we were able to see this appearing in Source Expr.
3. We mapped this with a Siebel field in the mapper `PIMSI Calendar Inbound Map, but unable to see in the log value getting passed from GetItemResponse to PIMSI Intermediate Calendar as well Siebel field was also empty.
