Issue with Session Timeout for eCustomer Application (Doc ID 2389293.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Session Timeout popup is not displaying in UI after clicking on 'Cancel' or 'Ok' button in session warning message popup for eCustomer application

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Session Timeout popup should display after displaying the session warning message popup in eCustomer application

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1)Login to eCustomer application
2)Keep the session for idle to reach Session Timeout value
3)Before 1 minute of session time out value, observe Session Warning message in UI. i.e There is no issue with Session Warning message popup in UI
4)Click 'Ok' or 'Cancel' on the session warning message popup in UI and wait for 1 minute
5)After 1 minute, observe the session timeout popup message in UI
Note: We are not able to see the session timeout popup applet in UI even session timeout value is reached. When we select the address bar and hitenter, then Session Timeout popup message is displaying.

BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, users cannot get a warning when the timeout is occurring
