What is the impact of inactivating this BC user property : PrivateFields in Action BC in the current Siebel version of 8.1.1.14.7 ?

Asking as this user property when left enabled, causes Performance Degradation Issue When User Navigates Account >> Activities View. Disabling it resolved the issue.
