Issue with JMS Encoding When Sending a PDF File

Information in this document applies to any platform.
While invoking standard EAI JMS business service to connect to IBM Integration Platform that connects to Adobe Life Cycle who converts the file to PDF, special characters are not converted properly
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Siebel OM users press a button that takes a file stored in the siebel file system
2. Invoke EAI JMS to connect to IBM and connect to Adobe Life Cyclice
3. Adobe Life Cycle converts the PDF
