Goal
On IP2017 and above with Tomcat Server replacing older web servers how to expire the static Javascript or CSS content ?
After making changes to these files it is necessary to clear the browser cache to reflect the changes.
Instead of clearing the browser cache for every user, how can this be enforced by some Web Server level setting?
