EXCEPTION FILE NOT CREATED FOR ACCOUNT USING CUSTOM IMPORT MAPPING

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
An exception file was not created for Accounts when a custom mapping was used

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Exception file should be created for rejected accounts

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Using the 'Siebel Marketing User Guide' I created a mapping to update Accounts Description using their CSN as User Key.
After running the import Job matching Accounts are retrieved in 'Files Processed' tabs as expected.
But rejected Accounts were not retrieved in 'Exceptions' tab as expected.

Note: to be able to update Accounts I had to update the User Key of IC 'Account' in IO 'Account Integration Object_SIA' to use 'Id' instead of 'Name' and 'Location'. If i don't do that all accounts are not updated.
