Audit Trail Item Applet Requiring Explicit Refresh

Symptoms

Problem Description

Customer is facing a problem with Audit Trail items not getting reflected immediately.
Steps -
1) Navigate to Contact Screen
2) Drill Down a contact record
3) Associate an account and update few fields.
4) Navigate to Audit trail view
5) Audit trail items not visible
6) Click Query - Go on this applet - Records are visible
An explicit refresh is required for records to get displayed.
