Mails Not Delivering Through ESD

Symptoms

On : 8.1.1.14.13 [IP2014] version, Siebel Marketing

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

Mail sending through ESD are failing, while the same configuration working fine in DEV environment.

They are able to send mails using ESD previously through SMTP mail server.
Now customer changed the mail server to IDC mail server and wants to use authentication to send mails, so we passed few custom propertied in esd.properties and tried launching campaigns, mail delivery is failing
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Should be able to send emails through ESD

STEPS
-----------------------
1) Set-up ESD and perform email campaign.

2) Send emails using ESD

3) Note that the email is not getting delivered to the recipients.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
Unable to send email through ESD/MTA. This directly affects all users, who are unable to cmmunicate to customers / leads and this causes loss of potential revenue and productivity.
