UNABLE TO SAVE RECORD IN LOCAL DATABASE WITH MLOV ENABLED

Symptoms

User is unable to save LOV in local database when MLOV is enabled  . 

Replication Steps :

-1. Implement MLOV on server 

-2. Create Local database ( generate new database + db extract )

-3. Initialize  local database 

-4. Launch CTMS application ->Navigate to Site Management -> drill down on site -> select subject , try to modify status , enrollment etc
