Using Siebel_DISA_2.17.8 and Siebel IP16.19
The issue is related to use DISA on a Citrix environment.
When the Citrix session running Siebel is locked out, the DISA.exe still keeps running on Citrix Server for the user. When the user opens a new session for Siebel, it will open another DISA.exe on the Citrix environment which leads to multiple DISA sessions opened for the same user on Citrix Servers.
How can DISA.exe be closed once the user already closes the Citrix/Siebel session, but with the Citrix session still running the DISA.exe for the specific user?
