On : 16.17 [IP2016] version, Siebel Marketing

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In Customer's SIT environment, For Siebel List Load – EMS is NOT updating email status to ‘Bounced’ for an invalid email address , rather its updating as ‘Sent’ which is not expected.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
 EMS should be updating email status to ‘Bounced’

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Send email and check status

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot determine the Status of email sent. it is affecting the business as it is hard to determine if the emails been sent out successfully
