When Creating/updating Subject Records The Records Disappear, Only To Return When Running A Query

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Subject records disappear while updating or creating a record.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
On the Clinical Protocol Site Subjects List Applet:
1. add a new record/ or update an existing record
2. Fill out the required fields and update/modify the Status field
3. The records listed in the list applet disappear except for the newly created record only after having modified the Status field on the applet.
4. Re-query of the applet shows all records again (including newly created records)
