Loss of Context Randomly Occurs When Executing Task UI with OAM (SBL-UIF-51097) (Doc ID 2393094.1)

Symptoms

Users randomly receive the context error in the Production environment when using Task UI flows.

The SBL-UIF-51097 error occurs randomly in any view of the Task.
No pattern has been identified.  The issue cannot be reproduced in any lower environment.
After seeing the error, if the same Task UI steps are repeated, the error cannot be reproduced.

Often, before the error appears, a refresh of the browser occurs. Then, after reloading Siebel, the error displays.
The behavior is the same as if users presses F5 on the keyboard and the browser refreshes.

All Views within TBUI are Task Views.
All Views and Business Components used are added with BO context.
This error occurs randomly with different users within different Tasks.

There are no crash files.

ERROR
SBL-UIF-51097 : An attempt to change the context of the business object during a task has been detected.

This error may have been caused by some load test tools, a script, or an internal error.
The <custom Task UI View> view offset has been canceled. (SBL-UIF-51097)


STEPS
There are no steps to reproduce the behavior.  Steps are generic:

1. Launch application.
2. Launch Task (any Task).

Result: The SBL-UIF-51097 error may occur.
