On : 16.18 [IP2016] version, Client Functionality
Synergy Theme behavior , Toolbar icon for site, Report is not in sync for users with two different application.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Goto User Preference
2. Goto View _ Behavior
3. change Theme Synergy theme from drop for them field 4. logout and login back to application
5. test same using two different application
