The siebel components are exiting or being terminated, when starting the siebel server


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Start the applicationcontainer
2. Start the siebel gateway
3. Start the siebel server

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot start a task for those siebel components
