Symptoms
The workflow editor of Siebel Tools throws an error when trying to delete a workflow step/process property/connector which was created in another workspace.
ERROR
STEPS
Prerequisites > export / create a SIF with an edited Workflow "MyTest" which has a step "Business Service 0".
1. Open Siebel Tools > create a new workspace
2. Import the SIF
3. Deliver workspace
4. Create another workspace
5. Edit the "MyTest" workflow and delete step "Business Service 0".
