On : 15.18 [IP2015] version, Configuration - General

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

Readonly attachments are still treated as editable and we cannot open multiple attachments without getting the “System has detected an open attachment. Please save and close it” message in ENU Application.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Readonly attachments should not be editable and you should be able to open multiple attachments without receiving the error - “System has detected an open attachment. Please save and close it” in ENU Application.

STEPS

Issue occurred after upgrading environment from 15.7 to 15.18

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users have the ability to update data that has been configured to be readonly.
